Sketchbook 1

I started this sketchbook whilst I was toying with the idea of art within my life, before I restarted my education.

It began in a field on a carefree sunny afternoon with a friend, eating foraged mushrooms and putting the World to rights. 

In this sketchbook I began exploring sketching for almost the first time, cherry picking exercises from the wonderful 'The Joy of Sketch' by Jen Russell-Smith. 

I feel gratitude towards this still unfinished sketchbook, full of promise.
